It takes a truly special performer to be asked back to Harvest two years in a row, and
rising British blues star Oli Brown is exactly that. After two performances at the 2011 festival, including a blistering late night jam in the packed Hoodoo House to close the Festival weekend, it was clear that Oli Brown was the sleeper hit of the year. The 22-year old guitar virtuoso has accomplished a lot in his few short years on the circuit. At the most recent British Blues Awards, Oli Brown Band took home Best Band and Best Album, adding to his past BBA wins for Best Male Vocalist and Best Young Artist. Brown got his start at 15, when he was personally invited to the US to play for Buddy Guy and Taj Mahal.
