Green Volunteers
We have hundreds of amazing volunteers who dedicate long hours to make this Festival one of the best in Canada! When we all do our part to be environmentally responsible, the collective result is bigger and better than anyone could imagine. Together, we can make the Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival become one of the greenest music festivals in Canada.
- Please use the complimentary Blues Bus and/or Park & Ride Bus. Simply park your car at the Capital Exhibit Center and a bus will pick you up and take you to the heart of the Festival. This reduces the amount of vehicles in the downtown core and reduces one-person driving.
- Please return your plastic lanyard to the Volunteer Control station, or to the festival office after your last volunteer shift so we can reuse them for next year.
- Encourage patrons to reuse cups in the tents as well as to use Cup Suckers for recycling.
- This year we have joined up with PickupPal—if you live outside of Fredericton, check out Pick Up Pal to see who you can carpool with into the city.
