Ticket Refund, Exchange and Purchase Options

Now that Gregg Allman has been replaced with Buddy Guy (Wednesday) and Levon Helm Band (Thursday), here are the options for ticket and pass holders.
For those who purchased Gregg Allman tickets:
Keep it. Gregg Allman ticket will be honoured at that night’s show, no exchange necessary (ie- Gregg Allman Wednesday gets into Buddy Guy; Gregg Allman Thursday gets into Levon Helm Band)
Refund it. Bring tickets back to point of purchase* for a full refund.
Exchange it. Bring tickets back to point of purchase* to exchange for the other night at no extra cost (ie- trade Gregg Allman Wednesday for Levon Helm Band, or Gregg Allman Thursday for Buddy Guy)
*If tickets were purchased online, please call Ticketpro at 1-888-311-9090.
New purchase options:
Those who purchased an Ultimate Pass have the option of adding a Buddy Guy ticket to the Ultimate Pass for only $25.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Those who have their Ultimate Pass in their possession must bring the pass to the store to get the discounted price. Those who have not picked up their Ultimate Pass yet can add the discounted Buddy Guy ticket over the phone by calling Ticketpro at 1-888-311-9090 or in person at the Harvest Store. Limit of one discounted ticket per pass.**
NEW! TD Wednesday-Thursday Pass – For the same price as nightly passes ($79.50), you can purchase a Wednesday-Thursday pass, which allows admission to all shows in our four main tents and TD Jazz Central on Thursday, AND the Buddy Guy Wednesday show.
Those who purchased Gregg Allman tickets for either night can upgrade to the Wednesday-Thursday pass for only $24.50.
Buy individual tickets to either Buddy Guy or Levon Helm Band for $55 starting at 10am, Wednesday, August 17 either at the Harvest Store, through Ticketpro.ca or the Ticketpro call centre at 1-888-311-9090
Other refunds:
Those who wish to refund Ultimate Passes, Hardcore Packages, or just the Wednesday add-on to the Hardcore package, may do so through their original point of purchase.
