Tips for Purchasing Your Harvest Tickets Online

<li>Transactions must be completed within 20 minutes. Please note that putting tickets in your purchase basket does not “reserve” tickets indefinitely; it only reserves your tickets for 20 minutes in order to give you time to complete the transaction.</li>
<li>The Ultimate pass is a popular item. Patrons seeking Ultimate passes are advised to make those purchases right away, then return to consider other shows and seat selections for Playhouse shows.</li>
<li>Know what you want buy well before 8:30am! This way you can quickly get into the system and get your order processed!</li>
<li>We ask that clients refrain from using the Back and Forward buttons in the browser. Those buttons only display screens that have been displayed previously, but do not necessarily reflect the present situation. (For example, if you have tickets in your cart and then release them, if you click on the Back button a few times, the screen will show those tickets in your cart; however, they are no longer there.)</li>
<li>Confirmation emails are sent immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk box. If it is not in there then you may have provided an incorrect email address. <h3>How Has Harvest improved upon our ONLINE purchasing process?</h3>
If you purchased online May 15th we have made a couple of changes to ensure a smoother process this time around. These changes include;
<ul>
<li>You are now able to choose your Playhouse seats from a seating chart in the Ticketpro system.</li>
<li>We have increased our server ability to handle higher traffic loads.</li>
<li>You will now have 20 minutes to make your online purchases. This is an increase from the standard 10 minutes usually alotted by Ticketpro.</li>
<li>Maximum of 4 Harvest Ultimates and Nightly Passes may be purchased by any one individual, in order to ensure fairness.</li>
<li>Maximum tickets to any individual show are limited to 8 per individual.</li>
