It’s hard to believe that Sloan have been cranking out power pop hallmarks for over two decades and never played Harvest – until now! The Juno winners have long been heroes in their homeland, with an endless string of radio staples and a mythology around their live shows. Sloan is four distinct songwriting voices that have spawned some of the most important albums of our time, including iconic records One Chord To Another and Twice Removed, which are perennially picked among the best-ever Canadian albums. Their Harvest debut will also feature Little Rock, Arkansas-based seven-piece Amasa Hines, who blend elements of jam and jazz-fusion, and have toured with Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lee Fields & The Expressions and The Record Company of late, taking their sound to SXSW, Newport Folk Festival, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits Festival. Kicking things off are buzzing South Carolina band Atlas Road Crew, who studiously survey rock and roll, while lending it sweet southern soul.
